Aura144 is an entertainment application that generates symbolic Aura images and interpretation reports from user-uploaded full-body photos. The App is intended solely for entertainment, inspiration, and personal enjoyment. It does not provide scientific, medical, psychological, or professional diagnostic services.
3) Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent.
4) User Content
4.1 You retain ownership of photos you upload and the Aura images and reports generated for you.
4.2 You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded photo solely for the purpose of generating your Aura image and interpretation report.
4.3 You represent that your uploaded content does not violate any law or infringe any third-party rights.
4.4 Do not upload photos that contain nudity, violence, or any illegal or objectionable content.
5) Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
6) Intellectual Property
6.1 The App, its visual design, code, and brand elements are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable laws.
6.2 Generated Aura images and interpretation reports are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
7) Disclaimers
7.1 THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
7.2 AURA IMAGES AND INTERPRETATIONS ARE SYMBOLIC AND GENERATED FOR ENTERTAINMENT. THEY ARE NOT SCIENTIFIC, MEDICAL, OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSESSMENTS.
7.3 WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF THE APP OR ITS CONTENT.
7.4 YOU USE THE APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9) In-App Purchases
9.1 The App may offer subscriptions or other in-app purchases. These are processed through the App Store or Google Play.
9.2 Subscription terms, including renewal and cancellation, are governed by the applicable platform's terms.
9.3 Refunds are handled by the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) in accordance with their policies.
