2) Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Aura144 collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the App. You can use the App without creating an account.
3) Photos, Face Data, and Sensitive Data
The App allows you to upload a photo that may contain a person's face or body.
The App does not use facial recognition, facial identification, face landmarking, face template extraction, biometric identification, or any other technology that identifies a person from a face.
The App does not create or store facial templates, faceprints, biometric profiles, or any database of face data.
If a photo contains a face, that face appears only as part of the user-selected image submitted for the requested Aura image generation.
The App uses the uploaded image only to generate an entertainment-style Aura image and interpretation requested by the user.
If you do not want your face to appear in an uploaded photo, you may blur, cover, or mask your face before upload.
4) What we collect
A) Content you provide
User-selected photos uploaded for Aura image generation. Aura images and interpretation results generated from those photos.
B) Device and app data
Minimal technical data needed to operate the App, such as a local app-instance identifier and purchase-related verification data.
C) Payments
Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store payment card numbers. We may receive purchase confirmation data from the platform in order to verify purchases and unlock paid features.
We do not require account registration and do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contact list, or precise location in order to use the core App features.
5) How we use information
To receive a user-selected photo and generate the requested Aura image and interpretation. To return the generated result to the App. To verify in-app purchases and provide paid features. To maintain service security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
6) Upload Processing and Retention
User-selected photos are uploaded to our server only for temporary processing needed to generate the requested Aura image. The original uploaded photo is deleted from the server after processing is completed and the result is returned. The returned Aura image and interpretation are stored locally on the user's device. We do not keep a permanent server-side library of uploaded user photos. Because the results are stored locally on the device, they may not be recoverable after device reset, app removal, or local data deletion.
7) Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We do not share uploaded photos, face data, or generated results with third parties for advertising or profiling. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and service security.
8) Where information is stored
Temporary uploaded photos are processed on our server during Aura image generation. Generated Aura images and interpretation results are stored locally on the user's device after delivery.
9) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls and transmission security. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10) Your choices
No account is required. You can control photo library permissions in your device settings. You may blur, cover, or mask a face before upload if you prefer not to include it in the submitted photo.
11) Your rights
A) EEA/UK residents
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability of your personal data, and object to processing where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
B) US residents, including California residents
You may have rights to know, access, delete, or correct personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
12) Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required by local law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will review the request.
13) Automated processing
The App uses automated image processing to generate an entertainment-style Aura image and interpretation requested by the user. This processing is not used for identity verification or facial recognition and does not produce legal or similarly significant effects.
14) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date.
